Journey
From community leader to product & vibecode
ReFi community → IRL organizing → product vision → vibe coder → shipping. Here’s how that path looks.
ReFi community
Community first, not code
Entered regenerative finance through community, organizing cleanups, environmental meetups, and IRL events. Core steward of the ReFi Phangan node and Greenpill Phangan chapter on Koh Phangan. This is where product intuition started: listening to what people need before building anything.
IRL organizing
Impact on the ground
Turning community energy into real-world outcomes. Cleanups, local initiatives, and measurable impact. Learned to connect incentives, behavior, and clarity: the same skills that make products work.
Product vision
From ground-level to system
DeCleanup Network grew from that work: a system for turning verified real-world environmental action into onchain impact. Product-led from vision to tokenomics, DMRV, and governance, defining the why before any build.
Vibe coder
Picking up the tools
When developer partnerships stalled, I picked up the tools myself. Vibecoding with AI-assisted development to ship instead of wait. Proved the concept (DeCleanup Rewards mini app) without a dev team.
Shipping
Product manager who builds
Now shipping ideas end-to-end: product strategy, user flows, and the interface. Not dev-first; impact-first, then build. This is what product-led ReFi looks like.
What I bring to the table
Product strategy, user empathy, community building, and the ability to ship: whether that’s specs, flows, or the UI itself. From Koh Phangan to onchain impact.
